Is it safe?
We never need your password, only the one-time code. The code works once, and we log out as soon as the top-up is done. Do not share your password or any other code with anyone, including people who contact you first.
If anything looks wrong, stop and message us on WhatsApp with your order code.
How long does it take?
Usually 10 to 20 minutes after your payment is confirmed. It can take longer if Supercell is slow or the code arrives late, so keep WhatsApp open and send the code quickly: expired codes delay delivery.
Good to know
Do not change your account details while we are working on the order. A top-up that has been delivered cannot be refunded, but if we cannot deliver it, our team checks it and returns your payment to your wallet once approved.
