1. Introduction

Welcome to TopupDrop. By visiting our website and using our services you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use our services.

2. Account registration

To order you need an account. You agree to:

Give accurate and complete information when you register (including a working email and WhatsApp number).
Keep your password secure.
Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorized use of your account.
Accept responsibility for everything that happens under your account.

3. Virtual goods and services

We sell virtual game currencies and items. They have no real-world monetary value outside the game or platform they belong to.
Delivery is normally instant, or within a few minutes after your payment is verified. It can take longer when our supplier or the game is busy.
Prices can change without prior notice. The price shown when you place the order is the price you pay.
You must enter the correct Player ID, Server ID and Zone ID. We deliver to the details you enter.

4. Payments

You can pay by eSewa, Khalti, FonePay, bank transfer (when offered) or from your wallet balance.
For eSewa, Khalti, FonePay and bank payments you must send the exact amount and submit the payment reference and a screenshot. We deliver after we verify the payment.
If we cannot verify a payment, the order is rejected and nothing is delivered.

5. Wallet

Your wallet balance can only be spent on purchases on this website. It is not a bank account, earns no interest and cannot be withdrawn unless we agree otherwise in writing. Deposits are added after we verify them.

6. Discount codes and referrals

Discount codes and referral rewards have conditions and limits (for example expiry dates, minimum orders and one use per customer). We may change or withdraw them, and we may cancel rewards obtained through abuse, fake accounts or self-referral.

7. Refund policy

Because digital goods cannot be returned, sales are generally final. Refunds are possible only in the situations described in our Refund Policy. Once a top-up has been delivered to the target account, it cannot be refunded.

8. Prohibited activities

You agree not to:

Use stolen cards or payment methods, or submit false payment proof.
Try to exploit bugs or weaknesses in our systems.
Resell our services without our written permission.
Create fake accounts or abuse promotions and referrals.
Harass other users or our staff.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

9. Limitation of liability

TopupDrop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
We are not responsible for problems caused by game publishers or third-party platforms, such as account bans or game server downtime.
Game names and logos belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with any game publisher.

10. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms at any time. Changes apply once posted on this website, and by continuing to use the service you accept them.
